As a multi-sector report, it features leading companies across a range of sectors in the UK, who highlight the innovations in using the web as a sales and marketing tool, and the challenges faced by the sector.
The results will be available to all SMEs in the UK, who can use the report to benchmark some of their own strategies against the consensus of the report’s findings.
